About the Association
The Theescombe Neighbourhood Watch & Residents Association exists to protect, maintain, and improve our community. We are a group of residents working together to keep Theescombe safe, well managed, and a place we’re proud to live in.
What We Do

- Maintaining communication between residents
- Supporting community improvement initiatives
- Engaging with local authorities on municipal issues
Our neighbourhood watch forms the backbone of our efforts, with active patrols and ongoing coordination with surrounding areas and security structures.

Our Area & Governance
The association represents residents within the Theescombe area, covering portions of Ward 39 and Ward 40 within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
The association is managed by an elected committee responsible for overseeing operations, finances, and community initiatives. Committee members serve fixed terms and represent various portfolios including security, communication, environment, and infrastructure.
